Strategic Plan

Following a year-long, iterative process that engaged faculty and staff across campus, UNH leadership and subject-matter experts, and external thought leaders, we are pleased to share the School of Marine Science and Ocean Engineering (SMSOE) 2026-2030 Strategic Plan.

This plan provides the roadmap for the next phase of SMSOE and supports its re-launch as a university-wide initiative that advances UNH 2030 priorities while elevating interdisciplinary marine teaching, research, and student experiences as a distinctive strength of UNH.
