Acoustics Fall Seminar: Title TBD

Monday, December 08, 2025 - noon to 1 p.m.

Morse Hall

This year’s Center for Acoustics Research and Education (CARE) Fall Seminar Series is focused on industry members.

Speaker: Dr. Bruce Martin

Bruce is the Director of Applied Sciences Programs at JASCO Applied Science's headquarters in Halifax, Nova Scotia, where he engages in and leads an array of exciting underwater acoustics scientific consulting and research, including passive acoustic monitoring of marine soundscapes and assessments of noise impacts on marine life.

As Affiliate CARE Faculty he has also been an active collaborator with UNH-based researchers on large ocean acoustics projects. Please stay tuned for more information about Bruce's seminar and save the meeting link below if you can attend!

Bruce will be joining us remotely and we have Morse 301 booked for in-person viewing. I especially encourage students, postdocs, staff, and faculty working on campus to join us in-person! For folks tuning in online, the seminar will be held via the Microsoft Teams link below:
