Rhodes Academy graduates and applicants are eligible for the annual International Cable Protection Committee Writing Award.
In 2024 the winning applicant who submits a publishable paper on the topic of submarine cables is eligible for a full scholarship (attendance fee, hotel room, two meals per day, and travel) to the Rhodes Academy (Rhodes Academy alumni will receive a cash prize of ₤4,500 pounds sterling).
