CARPE trip to Mount Washington

As part of the spring Arctic Research Methods I course in Year 1 of the CARPE program, trainees will travel via snowcat to the summit of Mt. Washington and spend a night at the Observatory. It's a wonderful opportunity to tour the weather station, learn about the observations and research being conducted atop the mountain, practice acclimating to cold climates, and discuss career and internship opportunities with staff.
