  Here are some wonderful examples from the Biological Illustration class. Biological Illustration is taught by William Ober of the University of Virginia Medical Center and Claire Garrison of Medical and Scientific Illustration in Virginia. This course uses both traditional drawing and painting techniques as well as computer aided design.
