She has 19 years of experience working with nonprofits, research programs, and academic institutions, helping them design and deliver a range of communications and learning products and experiences.
Kalle focuses on how science and new knowledge link to decision making, especially with regard to community resiliency and environmental issues. He specializes in designing, implementing and evaluating group processes focused on making science more useful.

Cindy coordinates the many overlapping administrative and logistical demands that come with designing and implementing complex collaborative research projects. She is an expert in supporting the effective implementation of competitive research grants processes, as well as communications programs.
